Privacy policy

When you fill in the quote form, we receive the information you enter: name, phone, email, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date, time, number of passengers and bags, flight or train number and any other details.

This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and organise your ride. It is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 3 years. Data related to an invoiced ride is kept for the period required by accounting rules (10 years).

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@berline-hexagone.fr.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
