How do I book a private driver in Bordeaux?
By phone on 07 69 59 65 00 (+33 7 69 59 65 00), on WhatsApp at the same number, or with the quote form. We confirm your booking and the price before the ride.
What is the difference between a VTC and a taxi?
A taxi can be hailed in the street and runs on a meter. A VTC (private hire vehicle) is booked in advance, even a few minutes before, and its price is fixed at booking: it does not depend on traffic or the time of day.
Can you come at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. For a ride within the hour, call us rather than using the form.
Is there a surcharge at night, on Sundays or public holidays?
No. Our prices are the same 24/7, public holidays included.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and cash. An invoice is available on request.
How many passengers and bags?
Up to 4 passengers in the Tesla Model 3. If you are 4 with large suitcases, let us know when you book. For groups, we can arrange one or more vans.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, a child seat or booster on request. Tell us the child’s age when you book.
Which area do you cover?
Bordeaux and its metropolitan area, the whole Gironde (Arcachon Bay, Médoc, Libournais) and Nouvelle-Aquitaine. We also do long-distance trips anywhere in France.
Is the ride covered by French health insurance?
No. We are a private hire (VTC) service: only approved taxis and ambulances can provide transport covered by French health insurance.
Why an electric car?
The Tesla Model 3 is quiet, comfortable and has no tailpipe emissions. You travel in peace, and your trip pollutes less.
Can the price change during the ride?
No. The price agreed when you book is the price you pay, even in heavy traffic or on a detour.
Is it more expensive than a taxi?
A taxi runs on a meter, so the final fare depends on traffic, time and day. With us, the price is known in advance and the same day or night, so comparing before you book is easy.
How do I pay?
By card or cash, to your driver. An invoice is available on request.
